We stayed here 3 times during our holiday in India. Every time was just as good as the last. We liked the interconnecting rooms which were spacious and clean, service was fast and food was very tasty. Taxi service was reliable and safe. Shoutout to the boys that helped with our luggage. We also did left luggage which was so easy. Overall a great experience!

This was my second time dining at the Holiday Inn Restaurant in Bangalore, and once again, it exceeded all expectations.||The food was amazing. Every dish I ordered was a delight, and I totally recommend the tomato soup with croutons.||What has truly impressed me and has made my day again was the exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to Sachin and Soumyameet, who were both incredibly courteous and attentive. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after throughout the meal.||Having returned for a second visit, I can confidently say this restaurant offers one of the best dining experiences in Bangalore. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or visiting for a special meal, the Holiday Inn Restaurant is absolutely worth it.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and impressively well managed. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel welcome right away. Check-in was quick. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens were fresh, and the overall vibe was peaceful—perfect for winding down after a long day. The breakfast buffet was especially satisfying. Great taste. Well served by Debkanta. Special thanks to chefs, food was really tasty. They also decorated the room for the birthday the memory they came to know about it. Fantastic hospitality service. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, great service, and thoughtful hospitality.

Had a very pleasant stay at holiday Inn Bengaluru racecourse. Rooms were spacious and the pillows were were very comfortable. The breakfast spread was also impressive with a wide selection of Indian and international food options to choose from. The restaurant staff Akansha was particularly helpful and attentive that elevated the dining experience.

Hotel is clean and most staff (Not all) are professional. Breakfast buffet was included and it was very good.|Rooms are tiny. We had one with the balcony so that made it a little better facing Racecourse.|We had to call doctor, not hotel fault, but doctor was like 20 times the price of a good doctor you will see in the city. On top of this, when we went to pay at reception, they kept us waiting for 15 minutes scrambling how to add a service charge on top of the exorbitant price. They did not even bother to tell us that will do this when we first asked for doctor.

I had an amazing experience, the team was super helpful and were very receptive of my special requests. The food was great and so was the room. The housekeeping staff also always accommodated to our schedule to clean the room and did a great job. I would like to appreciate the team for their help with my special requests. Would definitely stay here once I’m back in Bangalore.
