Taj Mahal Hotel

Room was okay, but the washroom was worse.Water was leaking from ceiling.I asked for room change multiple time but they didn't change even they had empty rooms. These guys are even charging for drinking water.Its mentioned free wifi , but there was none. Alcohol prohibition is mentioned but outside every room bottles were there.I checked in at 7 AM, I asked i will check out 8 AM the next morning for which they did not agree, i guess that is the only rule they follow in the list mentioned.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this lodge. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. The room was not clean — there were stains on the bedsheets, a foul smell in the bathroom, and the overall hygiene was below basic standards. The facilities advertised were either broken or unavailable. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and there was no hot water throughout my stay. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. Noise levels were also a problem, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options available at the same price point.

Im from hyderabad and i have stayed in here for one day and this is One of the worst hotel in Bangalore and the behaviour of receptionist and the manager are very rude. They will not inform us our checkout time if we fail to remember the checkin time and etc and they will charge extra for the next 24hrs money from us specially the behaviour of receptionist was very very not good. He mentioned he will not let me leave the hotel if i fail to pay the extra amount. Worst experience ever. Decided to not visit here again and i will not encourage anyone to go and stay there! I would rate in negative if this allows.

Very pathetic place to choose for a stay in Bangalore, no wifi , no hot water , bathroom condition very ugly with lots of patches, foul smells in the room , no lift facility available, lots of drunk people downstairs with lots of disturbance, staffs wont even care for our needs , not even a bath towel or soaps available, very cheapest hotel i have ever encountered in my life , pervert staffs who look at ladies in the wrong way , Overall it was my lifes tragedy going there .. honestly i wouldn't even give a star or 1/10 for the hotel ... Worst experience ever in my life . I suggest everyone who is reading this , Not to go there at any cost , you guyz will regret going there ... Thank you

Actually i lost my tab. It was my mistake but i know surely it is in room that i was booked but the management was telling that there is no tablet .

My stay at this lodge was extremely disappointed from the moment I arrived it was poorly maintained the room was dirty the bathroom was in terrible state the staff was rude the wifi is not working the bed was so hard uncomfortable to sleep; Honestly this was worst lodging experience I had I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even for short stay its not worth the money or the hassle I rarely write negative reviews but this was experience was truly unacceptable and need to be shared I stayed at this lodge hoping for decent , budget-friendly stay but what i encountered was beyond disappointed 15/05/2025

The Taj Mahal hotel is a great place to stay for anyone looking for luxury and class. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend!

visited this place long back.they treat their guest very well.and room and services very best fantastic staffs room cleaned and decorated.Price little high but...its like brand..Excellent, Valuable and Fantastic Services.
