Very worst experience, dirty unhygienic rooms and bathroom.no service not good breakfast. They lied us it's pure vegetarian but not true it's mix.smell of alcohol coming from lobby.sticky bathroom. 1 star for only big room and it's interior

1)Room space,bed and furnished is excellent (pillow is bit hard not comfortable.) 2)Room cleaning service done every day (provides clean fresh towels and changes bed linen❤) but dusting not done properly. 3)Bathroom is big enough with new SS taps & shower is excellent to keep durability need to clean & polish regular basis. On request they will provides iron, ironing-board and scale in the room. 4)Breakfast:- no eggs * Strawberry jam was good quality nice taste and bread was just ok... *Coffee & tea prepared in the thermos (no taste of coffee!!!) Staffs in the Reception and room attendants are very kind and helpful❤

It is a decent hotel to stay in Bengaluru. It is close to the train and bus stations. The rooms including the bathroom are spacious and clean. Service by staff is good. We ordered lunch and snacks from the hotel itself and it was great. Our only suggestion would be regarding the maintenance of the room. The curtains were torn and the regulator of the fan was missing. Limited wifi is available so that could be a downside for some. Towels are available on request. However it would be good if the toiletries are kept in the room before the guests arrive. Limited parking is available. They have a staff to help with the parking in the basement.

Very good hotel and clean, this time i stay 5 days not seen single cockroach, they improve a lot. Mr.Umesh Ji is very humble and helpful.

We have been regulars here for the last 5 years.That itself reveals how satisfied we are with their service,their hospitality! Whenever we come to Bengaluru,we stay here.The rooms are spacious, comfortable, any requirements are promptly addressed by the staff. The food is very good and they were kind enough to take care of our diet requirements.Looking forward to our next visit. A special thank you to Mr.Anil Sir who showers us with so much respect and affection, making us feel so special😊

Positives -|1. The hotel is in good location|2. Room was good, well maintained & had 2 toilets|3. The veg food was good.|4. Mr Anil (General Manager) is very supportive and an excellent gentleman.|||Negatives -|1. Some of the amenities in the room do not work for e.g freezer. The toilet tap was not not fixed inspite of complaints. The AC stopped working one night.||2. Service is not good for e.g inspite of multiple requests our hotel toiletries were not replenished. Even for some basic stuff like boiled potato, I had to call Mr Anil. The restaurant wouldn't entertrain the request or even take orders in the morning for lunch. Only after the GM Mr Anil intervened, the requests would be addressed, otherwise not.||3. The person at the reception was disgusting. He told me that those who book rooms at discounted rate should not book such hotels. Such audacity is unthinkable in hospitality industry.||4. The complimentary breakfast was pretty basic. The non veg items were not upto the mark, so we had only opted for veg items.

I stayed on 3/2/25 and giving you latest review Hotel is good but cockroaches in side in the room no 702 Also in canteen while we opened brade container in the morning I saw 2 cockroaches moving on brade Canteen hygiene is very bad so I don't recommend this hotel

I was stayed Vanusa residency for 4 nights.... Pleasant stay.... Staff was very helpfull and prompt.... Room was very spacious and bathroom was ultra clean ( for me this is very important).... The front end staff was always welcome with smile especially Mr umesh ji.... Will recomend for this property....
