Clean and tidy room. Service is nice, affordabale prize. So much of wide space in room, They provided discount for us. Not disappointed 🙂

Very bad n dirty room full of dust floor also not clean no hygiene manitain.in online they show good room but when I reach very dirty please don't go in this place n don't booking this hotel

Best and relaxing stay. One of the best hotel to stay near majestic Staff is polite and very helpful.

Not good, Rooms were unclean, Broken locks, stained beds. Noisy environment. Distrubed sleep from too much noises. No hot water in our room. They are providing such type of rooms when booked on line. But somewhat better when booked Direct from them. This was our experience.

We book for AC room on website, but turn out we got non AC room, and we need to paid extra 400/day for AC. In website, it mention iron is available, but nope, we need pay for 20/each for clothes that we want to iron as they sent it to rooftop for someone to iron. So no iron can be provided in the room! The room is not clean at all, there is mould at the floor and the floor is dirty. Bedsheet is not clean well, picture is not same in real life Receptionists cocky. No water bottle inside the room not as the description was! Go to other hotel for better experience in Blr

We stayed here for last month.. seriously service is not good at all..bcz there is no drinking water, kettle, milk powder sugar nothing in the room..room also not look that much clean.. bathroom also not clean.. we stayed as family with babies..in Bangalore climate was so cool.there is no electric kettle in room for making hot water for babies..and bedsheet dirty smell came..

I booked two quadruple room for two days in this hotel yesterday via online. Here are my views: 1) Locations is very good nearby majestic junction 2) Rooms are average 3) Washrooms are maintained very clean 4) Minimum mobile charging points. Out of 3 only one working in each room 5) Booked AC room but AC was not working 6) TV provided but not working 7) Deadpool inside the room which is dangerous for kids. (See attached photo). This deadpool is for pipe duct access whose doors kept unlocked. Overall i will give 3 star out of 5.
