VBR GrandInn Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at VBR Grandin Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to get around.However, the breakfast was not up to the mark. There was no English breakfast option, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel is good, but the breakfast could use some improvement. Despite that, I would still recommend VBR Grandin Hotel for its comfort and service.

Very bad experience, there food was unapititing food more there breakfast was totally waste closing time was 10am but they close at 9am only staff can eat this breakfast not for tourists people' Only one word know " Close hai Sir" requested to all how was looking for this hotel never go this..

Rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast options were limited and some everyday.

The rooms were clean and good. The front desk seems very strict on the check-in and check-out timings. Food was NOT good. We opted for dinner and breakfast. Later we realised that the choice was wrong. A lot of improvement needed on food options and the quality. Breakfast was just a namesake. The ordered bread toast was a disaster.

In this price rate excellent hotel. Service is very good, breakfast also. Some improvement in room cleaning might be good but I still give happily five stars. Thank you, we really loved this place.

We were given an unprepared room , sheets not changed and looked dusty, washroom was not clean. Since it was late at night we managed somehow. The very next day we told the receptionist to get the room cleaned , went to our work to return to an uncleaned room yet again. Complimentary breakfast was the only good thing . Overall it could have been a better experience if the staff paid attention to customer care and service. Great scope of improvement.
