NillThis is the worst restaurant in the entire world! We went here to have lunch on a Sunday afternoon. After sitting for 20minutes nobody attended us so we went to check if the restaurant is open or not. They said it's closed. We parked our car with great difficulty since parking was limited and also we have a 5 month baby. We decided to go to the opposite restaurant. The hotel owner didn't allow us to park the car for 20 mins even though we requested. He instead hit our car and my husband and threatened to take our life!!! Very disappointed. Since we have a baby we decided it's best to leave asap. Please do not visit this place. Owner said he is the rowdy of that area and even if we call cops nothing would happen but instead he would take our life!

NillThe hotel is elegant and well maintained. The staff here is professional and well behaved. Plenty of parking space is available for guests. The room are spacious and beds are really comfy. I must tell you that the food is really delicious and aromatic. Good job to the management and kitchen staff.

NillVery very pathetic stay. First of all we face booking issue. Company booked for my wife and me,but they gave only a single person accommodation for both of us . (Their justification: receptionist staff is new🤓). Service: very poor service. In morning we got a bottle of water after 35 minutes waiting. Breakfast and restaurant: Can’t give even 1 stars for food,service and cleanliness.But unfortunately it is so called 3 star. Housekeeping is also too bad. No regular cleaning. Small toilets/washroom separated with glass partitions for bathing.very conjusted. Poor maintenance. We can’t control the lights and a/c in the room by our own. First we should have to beg the switch panel about our intentions. They will finally decide at their convenience . Horrible!!!😱 Horrible stay and experience!!!!

NillVery very pathetic stay, I have booked double occupancy and rooms are pathetic condition, my spouse got allergy staying in the hotel and took her into the hospital in the night for treatment. We have checked in the reception the break-fast timing in the previous day night and they have confirmed that its from 8.00 am to 10.30am, wee have reached restaurant in the morning around 9.45 am by the time most of the items are not available and they have confirmed that it is over. The restaurant manager not even bother to inform the guest. overall the stay was pathetic,

NillCannot give reviews for the rooms as I didn't spend the night. Staff were well mannered and softspken. as the hotel has multiple halls and is located in the middle of the city, it caters mainly to events as far as I know.

NillI’m the facilities inside the hotel for conferences and training is good. Food served during lunch was also good. However the parking is kinda small, not enough space it’s better you prefer to come by two wheeler rather than a four wheeler.

NillThe staff is very ill mannered and incompetent. When I entered the restaurant nobody was there to attend. After 15-20 mins a waiter came in. After ordering they took another 20-25 mins to get it. Very slow service plus their worst staff. Not recommended.
