Worst experience one can ever have. The front desk staff will first not accept the booking if you have made it online. This will ask you to vacate within 12 hours if you have booked through website or any third party app. They will mislead the information which is nowhere mentioned. They literally do not understand the meaning of flexible check-in(mentioned in their own website). The staff at the reception will argue with you and will ask you to vacate in the evening saying you checked in early so you have access to hotel premises only for 12 hours. The staff is least cooperative. I've stayed in this hotel a number of times. This was my last stay here. Better management staff needs to be recruited ASAP. Unfortunately, Eversince the staff has changed, the experience keeps getting worst. Earlier, it was quite a good stay.
