Affordable price ,but hotel peoples are not coperative,i stayed there 4 months we was paying on time always,but we got some financial issue in the last month because of that it was delayed to make the payment,but hotel people didn't understand that,when some guest are staying from 4 months that much they should keep trust on the guest ,they use to come to room and tell that if payment not done make the room check-out today only,that much irrespective staff and reception guy ,very worst experience here,...... Because of their torcher I left hotel ,when I paid them they said you can come ,but the main thing is when they was needed the money they was dieing for that , when I'm asking here then to give my bill ,they not at all response,,these hospitality doesn't has any manners how to speak with guest and how to treat the guest

The Service Is Very Bad We Already Paid full Amount by Oyo App Through then the front Office Staff Told Pay Extra 300 Otherwise Cancel The Booking.The Rent Was Only ₹707 In Oyo App But The Staff Told Room Rent Is ₹1000

Worst.. that's the word on any OYO hotel experience now-a-days..the vision with which Ritesh Agarwal started OYO and for which I was kind of heavily used OYO is now in shakles.. happens when the founder himself now is enjoying his fame openly and all departments including the app, customer service and also the physical which were good hotels are now have worst customer interface people.. Oyo had changed or exchanged from OYO Townhouse 108 (one of the best but now one of the worst) to this one.. and even this turned out to be absolutely means absolutely bad hotel experience... I felt naturally never to use OYO now again... Booking ID: FO8G4896, OYO go check yourself.. which I am very sure they will not including the hotel guys ...

the location is excellent and room was clean. the staff were courteous and helpful. its just a walk away for good foods . its a great value for budget people Belo 1000

Don’t fall for any price online. Please call them directly if you really need to stay some where close to the airport. I had booked online as cheap rate but seeing the review after booking I wasn’t so sure. I finally got through to the manger and he shared a different price on the phone and he did not care for my booking. He pretty much said cancel it online or pay what we tell you. OYO was always known to bad, shocking that they haven’t improved at all.

PLEASE DON'T BOOK. Don't fall in the trap! You can go through other reviews also to get the clear picture of the stay. The worst experience for me with oyo hotel booking. I had done the booking of this hotel for 1night through oyo customer care service representative by paying the total amount which they have requested through mail. all the booking details was provided through mail & whatsapp from Oyo, but once i reached the hotel for the check-in, the owner of the hotel denied the booking telling that " THEY CANNOT PROVIDE THE ROOM IN THE PRICING WHICH OYO HAS GIVEN TO CUSTOMER" & THE CHECKIN WAS DENIED BY THE HOTEL STAFF. He was demanding to pay the double amount and I told them ,I will not pay a single penny and i called oyo customer support department, they have resolved the issue after 2hr. Really disappointed 😌
