Disappointing booking at Flagship Green leaf comfort. The staff were unresponsive and unfriendly, owner talked very rudely, showing no interest in ensuring my stay while checking in. They were asking way extra money for a service I requested them. Although this booking was done through OYO thankfully they helped with refund or otherwise if I had paid directly to this hotel they would not have given the refund. Overall, my experience at Flagship Green leaf comfort was very bad, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hospitality hotel.

1. Big spacious room + Hall + Kitchen 2. I faced problems like power supply cut and shortage of water (they turn on the pump upon telling). Also not properly cleaned bedsheet and toilets. 3. Very nice location. Nearby locality is good (many shops, eating joints, etc) 4. Staff is good. 5. Good place to stay (recommended)

Rooms are spacious. But the maintenance should give more focus on keeping it neat and clean. Power issues during my stay irritated the stay. The power backup system didn't work properly and we had issues and finally, we had to change the room. Need maintenance issues to be focused. Everything else is fine.

First of all they said you have to pay the current charge even i booked the hotel 10 days ago but they were asking the remaining price as per that day then i told him ok wait let me call to customer care after that they scared and provided us a room😒Washroom was full of red gutka color...If there would be option to upload the current picture then i would definitely show you the condition of washroom. You even feel public toilets are better than this. Wifi, TV both were not working. There was not a single dustbin in the room and in the washroom also. They won't provide you drinking water. You have to go ground floor for filling the water into your bottle. It was a house of mosquitos. Tap water was not coming in the morning. We had to wait for half an hour to come tap water. We were in hurry to go hospital check-ups but they didn't care about water. We were resided on 1st floor and on 3rd floor they were doing late night party and dancing with their friends and didn't care that some persons are sleeping on 1st floor. They were dancing and the sound of jumping on floor disturbed us. At last i went to 3rd floor and told them that patient is sleeping on 1st floor and you guys are disturbing. Don't think that I'm faking all these things. These are real facts. If you'll go then will also feel the same problem.

The room was no less than any high rated super-expensive hotels. Extremely clean, tidy, furnished and well maintained. The service was great. Would not think twice before booking it again. Great for people who want to stay near airport.||I was also allowed to check in early without any problems. Highly recommended.

Customers r everywhere. Let me be straight you guys r doing good and are taking up real good to be better. I was there for a day and based on the ratings. & The view I stayed there. However the staff was good but simple basic necessities like plates glasses and a small fridge would have been much better. Put that in customers responsibilities. I do smoke and drink as well but few people are not decent enough & spoil the corridor and the place but loittering things around. It really annoying for the people around and for the sorroundings, which is not fair. A basic sign board @everyplace would also help rather putting it in the main reception area. and it would be helpful trust me. Rest all will update as and when I visit OYO. I hope you understand. BTW this stay was good but little things bothered me which helped me writing. Thank you

Do not trust this hotel's booking via online. As they would reject those when u arrive at this hotel and would in return ask you to book rooms in their hotel offline which more expensive than shown in online booking sites. It was one of my worst experiences in hotel booking
