OYO 48879 GN Comforts

Quite bad experience with the stay. This place is definitely not for family, neither friends as well. There were no amenities provided from hotel, not even basic stuff like towel, soap. Not even mirror!! Coming to hotel tidiness, once agin same story, toilet comode was not even in place/fit to ground, cleanliness was lacking. At last, TV and AC was not was working and no room service. Conclusion: Not at all recommended place to stay.

The hotel is inside a residential area which doesn't feel safe. Its kind of like a small residential building converted into hotel. Bed and amenities are good. Management and staff were not that supportive.

Extra price 150/- charged in the name of sanitization, already used bedsheet was provided by that property, there was no any mirror, chairs, tables and wardrobe at hotel, bathroom kit was not provided, no water bottle was provided...! My suggestions is that OYO Needs to block this property with immediate!!

Staff behavior is very bad. You can stop here to stay. But it does not even have lift facility and there is no drying facility and you do not have laundry facility and here you are asked for so much money that you will incur additional charges apart from booking.

I had booked through oyo. After reaching there they force me to cancel the booking, it was night 11.55 so I hadn't choice rather than do this. After cancel they charged me 800. but when i had booked through oyo it was 700 and COVID-19 Insurance.

This property is very good for stay in a budget expense. Staffs are very good and helping attitude. Rooms are pretty neat. Hot water is available. Overall good.

Worst hotel I have stayed so far. Owner is not kind towards customers . They don't provide basic things like towel soap also. Even they don't provide drinking water . Very bad hotel.

They asked extra money 200 apart from oyo cost. I paid for 3 members but they didn't gave extra mattress. There AC not working. They insisted to pay to their google pay account. They don't to pay through oyo money.
