Very filthy rooms Rooms:- Very bad condition Washroom:- Flush was not working Hot woter is either very hot or not working (even buckets are filthy as if people use to urinate in buckets) Amenities:- Lift was not functioning Complimentary Breakfast:- Was not provided, you have to call them everytime and they say "Saar bread mil jayega breakfast me" No Room Cleaning I was in electronics city and was looking for mid range hotel but even cheap OYO is better than this property They have no water on most days and you have to wait for tanker

Recently I visited casa times with my friends, it was a very good experience for me . The staff , hospitality and hygiene is upto the mark. The rooms are spacious and neatly maintained, gonna definitely visit again !

Very horrible experience. The room is too smelly, Towel and floor mat also not provided ,Not recommended. Proper restaurant service not available on timing, Complimentary Breakfast not provided.

Very horrible experience. Room is too much smelly, cockroaches in the washroom at night. Bedsheet have stains and there are bed bugs in the mattress. Not recommended.

The entire hotel is run by 2-3 people. Nobody cleans room, the front office guy is uneducated, arrogant and when I asked a water bottle, he fight with me asking Rs 100 for 1 litre water bottle. There is no uniformity of the staff. 2-3 Nepali people are running the hotel. Will never come here. Thu thu. Chee.

It was pathetic, No restaurant service was there, Geyser was not working and lot of other things, which were not very good. They don’t know how to entertain the guest's. don’t ever go there to waste your money
