Hotel O by OYO Silver House Near Mantri Square Mall

The rooms are good but there are charging extra money after reaching hotel if booked through oyo app

firstly i was told to pay extra rs700 the person on d reception said that there is an oyo server error wherein it's not charging the correct amount. i had issues with hot water wherein it wasn't coming but the hotel guy said that it available 24/7 and others are getting, so what do i do if others are getting, i wasn't getting it. i was also asked to pay extra rs 600 on checkout for taking a mattress. i had booked the room for 3 people so ideally i should have got an extra mattress without any charges, i wasn't told at d beginning that we will be charged for it. i didn't pay the complete amount but still paid 300 on check out.

The rooms were ok, I just didn't like the attitude of 1 of the receptionist who called our room at 11pm in the evening just to get payment for our rooms stay, the other staff were nice though

Very Bad Experience – Not Worth It I had a very bad experience with this stay. The room rate was not honored as per my booking, and they tried to charge more upon arrival. The entire floor, including the room and even the washroom, had a very strong cigarette smell, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay. The staff was unprofessional, money-minded, and did not show any respect towards guests. This was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful environment.

The rooms were fine at the beginning but no service was given even after repeated requests, also, they didn't provide towel or any other stationary like soap and toilet seat was broken, moreover rooms were full of cockroaches. However location is fine, it's near to metro and basic stuffs are available at locality. Won't recommend to anyone.
