The stay was okay. The staff was nice. But the reason I'm going for 1 star is because I had forgotten my jacket at the room and had to call the management. The person didn't even listen to me correctly and informed he would call back which never happened. I tried contacting them again as there was no response and they wouldn't pick up my calls. I had sent one of my friends to check with the reception and they didn't even give him a proper response. This is not how the service industry works. Very upset with the service.

The rooms are pretty clean and tidy, and every basic necessity like towels and linen is present and quality is satisfactory. Food prices are on the higher side and quality is just average, hence not recommended, also as there are many better places to eat nearby within 100m from here.

The worst accomodation i stepped into in my entire hotel experience. Another guest from neighbour room was also unhappy about the room and wondering how did it aquired that rating online. I strictly wouldnt recommend to anyone. 5th floor no lift and they argue saying lift is an ammenity.

Very Bad Experience!! They charged money for early check-in but it was not mentioned anywhere in the Oyo app. They said its sunday so they are charging. They just created their own policy and wrote on the whiteboard. Also they didn't gave bill for the charges they took when we left from there. They said they will mail us but didn't received any mail. Just Doing Fraud!

Nice rooms, good maintenance. They provide everything that OYO has promised. I personally didn't like the morning breakfast though.
