I had good service at the hotel by the staff Rinku. Rooms were super clean and the hotel is well accessible by uber. Corner house, famous icecream parlour is next building which is also an added advantage

This is a perfect hotel for long as well as short stays. It has a really nice cafe on ground floor with amazing desserts and food. Rooms are well maintained by the staff. Shahjahan did a really nice job setting up the rooms for us during 2 weeks visit. Must stay here if visiting nearby.

Whenever I visit Banglore TGI felicity has been my choice. I had good experience in the initial years but recent stay made me realise it has downgraded itself. I can’t say it’s a three star hotel in its present condition. Staffs are good at their work but lack etiquette and manners. Talking Loudly, singing and laughing and in some cases passing comments when doing their work in the corridor really disturbs guest. The staff must see that the some of their guest are making loud noises particularly at night and morning time. People are smoking in the corridor. Rooms are quite dirty and not maintained properly. Walls of rooms are dirty. Bathroom tiles are broken and discoloured and look quite dirty. The sink is always blocked and water flows in entire bathroom. Food quality is 3 out of 5. I didn’t like food severed in room dining. Very average taste and some were very poor. Complementary breakfast should have variety and should be ready in time. The chef and people working in food corner were not wearing any mask or gloves and were continuously sneezing which should not be the case. There were instances where they were cleaning their nose with bare hand after sneezing and were serving food. They must wear gloves hair cap and mask. Basic hygiene! With present condition it’s a 2 star hotel.

Excellent hotel and services. Rooms are well maintained and rooms services are good. Front desk staffs are friendly and polite. Rooms are regularly cleaned and nearly arranged, appreciate the efforts of room services team especially thanks to Shajahan to keep the guests feels comfortable to be in a cleanly room.

We recently stayed at this hotel during a medical trip to Bangalore, primarily chosen for its proximity to Apollo Hospital. Pros: 1. Ideal Location: Next to Apollo Hospital, perfect for medical visits. 2. Clean Rooms: Decent and well-maintained, suitable for work trips. 3. In-House Cafe: Excellent, serving delicious pizzas and bakery items. Cons: 1. Cramped Rooms: Extremely small, with no space to move around. 2. Restaurant Issues: Non-operational, with conflicting information from staff. 3. Poor Food Quality: Pathetic room service experience. 4. Breakfast: Not worth the investment, very limited options. 5. No Leisure Facilities: Not suitable for relaxation or entertainment. Cafe Recommendation: The in-house cafe is a hidden gem, offering: - Best pizzas - Delicious confectionery and bakery items Uncertain if cafe is hotel-run or independently owned, but it's a must-visit. Rating: 2.5/5 Stars While the location and cafe are positives, the hotel's shortcomings outweigh its advantages. Suitable only for work trips or medical visits, due to its proximity to Apollo Hospital.

We booked rooms here for our family during the wedding. Though the hotel is alright and is a great location accessible towards the NICE entry/exit, the upkeep of the hotel can be managed in a better way. No hot water either.

Had a great stay at felicity ! Good place for families. Rooms are clean and neat . They have a roof top restaurant, which serves delicious food . Suraj mandal is very helpful at the restaurant Mr. Rinkoo at the reception is very helpful and accommodating. Give a 5 star rating to all the staff members of felicity !!

Senior citizens will feel comfortable to climb the stairs if there is a railing at your lobby entrance.
