Hotel O Easy stay rooms

This Hotel i booked from Booking.com, i paid half ampount in advance, but when i reached the hotel at dawn after whole night travelling they said my booking is not done....... Worst Experience ever..

The first and foremost thing I'd like to highlight is the hospitality.. the folks were were very kind and accommodating.. the room was a bit small for me.. but for the price we pay I can say the stay is very compact and comfortable... I traveled solo and for me it was perfect.. the place has swiggy delivery from many we'll known restaurants.. but still it is located in a peaceful not so crowded area...

The rooms were puny and basic essentials like soaps weren't present. The staff behaves rude.

Please be careful when you booking at this Hotel... I've to face some serious issues with a man sitting in front desk .. for 1 day stay I'd spent 1300rs.. not worth it!

Rooms and toilet, and sercive was good, but need to demand for good hygiene bed sheet and bath towels, and there is no loft facilities rest were good
