Hotel O Sri Thirumala Lodge

Please do not believe just based on photographs. I payed, checked in, and entered the room for my stay. The room was completely dirty, with cigarete ash and an uncleaned bedsheet. The staff's behaviour was terrible, and they had no idea how to serve customers. Please do not choose this lodge. I'd never seen this kind of room in my experience.

Photographs shown is of the lodge inauguration day. Right now, the situation is patetic. So don’t book by looking the pictures. If 0 star rating is there, will give that one. Reason being, rooms full of dust, toilets not clean, dirty bed sheets (Receptionist boy just asked my Oyo app for check out and he himself have put 5 star rating in that, when asked regarding that, he was literally shouting)

Worst Place Our one-night stay turned into a nightmare. With an early morning flight ahead, we just needed a place to rest, but what we found was beyond disappointing. The stench hit us the moment we entered, and the untidiness was appalling. The receptionist's lack of manners added to the discomfort. The room was a disaster zone; it smelled awful, with visible dirt and debris scattered around. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The reality was a far cry from the polished photos advertised by Oyo. We wasted no time in booking another hotel and checking out. It was truly the worst experience imaginable.

All around the room area was unhygienic. Lift is not installed, the balcony was not covered with curtain. It's like we don't have any privacy there. Even there no curtain for room window also. Everyone can see us by crossing our room. Worst Experience. 😣 And, what they do is they will snatch your mobile and giving rate for the hotel themselves. Then i asked to the receptionist, that do you think that i can't review the hotel ?. He was just smiled and we left there. Bachelor can stay here, who wants enjoy like having alcohol and smoking. Not recommended for family and couple.

Please don't believe OYO.#OYOROOMS I checked out from the hotel ,Worst experience I had in this hotel Sri thirumala lodge , I didn't inform you before because, my parent were with me ,I didn't want to take them night in the road for other accommodation 1) they charged extra 400 in different accounts - sai residency,he asked me the cash but I put extra in QR scan but later I couldn't refund because account was changed ,3rd rated Oyo 3) no current (power) 2)flush not working 2) not clean ,iam health worker ,I feel that I will get affected from dangerous infections 4) hard to see blood stains on bed I will share the photo with you , I called them for 3 times for change of room but no response , no ammonites . I ask to change of room gave me after 5 hours One more thing , if I didn't get any of the Justice for this , in my life time I will not use Oyo and also I will not allow my close one to use Oyo. All photos I will attach I came to this hotel Sri thirumala lodge this is my worst experience with Oyo iam Mentally went down by choosing this. Iam attaching all the proofs
