The rooms were clean and good. The hotel management and service is poor. They are not humble and don't know how to talk. The service is poor, if you can self serve / arrange everything on your own this place is good.

During my recent hotel stay, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room. It didn’t feel safe at all; there was an unsettling atmosphere that made it difficult to relax. Additionally, most of the furniture was damaged—scratched surfaces, broken legs, and torn upholstery. The worst part was that the room looked nothing like the photos I had seen online. It was as if the pictures were taken years ago, and the room had since deteriorated significantly. This experience was far below my expectations, and it left me feeling uneasy throughout my stay.

Pathetic staff and service,rude,attitude,no manner and no politeness.We regret coming here,u should learn how to respect the customers..I don't recommended anyone to go there,not fair the way they do things,worst behavior front desk guy has..in service industry u have to be polite and patience

I stayed here for one night. The rooms are kind of good but don't ever book this place for the service. We took 2 water bottles but didn't use them. The receptionist still made us pay for it saying the bill has already been generated. And, on top of all that, it's right next to a sewer canal. Be ready to smelll that all the night!

Visited for attending a Birthday party. Food was tasty. However, it seems they don't have experience handling even 50 customers. Soup Bowls, Spoon/Fork cutlery were limited quantity like 30 pieces which gets over in a flash and they again make to wait for 5-8 minutes. Refilling dishes for Buffet Dinner was not prompt. Manager was just roaming and not promptly looking at quality of service.

I stayed here for 6 nights and below is my feedback 1. Room's roof was broken and required repair work. 2. Cockroaches were seen in the room. 3. Daily night on the upper floor (where the party place is) the furniture was dragged due to which it was too much noise and disturbance. 4. Room service is not up to the mark. Requested items such as drinking water were never delivered until my visit to reception. 5. Mouse were there in the AC wents and used make chaos by scratching the AC wents wall.
