Good place to stay and Staying in the Executive Room was truly a comfortable experience. The seating was plush and relaxing, making it easy to unwind. The friendly staff ensured that every need was met promptly. The room was impeccably clean, which added to the overall satisfaction of my stay. Definitely recommended for those looking for a high-quality, worth-the-price accommodation!

The rooms are average, but the quilts are damaged and stinky. As per the booking on the website, breakfast is free, but they are not providing breakfast. There was a damaged mirror in the room.. The TV is not working, and the WiFi connection is also not good.. The room service is bad.. The washroom is pathetic. Good locality. centre of the city. The details given on the website is misleading. The hotel is managed by a good person but they have to update everything.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel GS Suites! 🏨✨ The rooms were super clean 🧼, the beds were cozy and comfy 🛏️, and the Wi-Fi was super fast ⚡. No night lamps. Hot water for bath not hot enough. Rooms smelly, dark and not ventilated at all. Felt cold inside the room all the time. No bedside table or intercom facility. Had to run down to the reception everytime to get something for the room. Leaky faucets. Broken cupboard.

Had the worst experience here. The staff are extremely rude and try to loot money at every opportunity. They don't even have a spare key for the rooms. Don't know what they'd have done is a child was stuck in mistakenly! The AC was leaking water, there were bunches of hair and opened tablet strips when we checked in just after it was "cleaned", the toilet flush was releasing water for 5 minutes after pressing. Please do yourself a favour and don't book a room here 🙏

Rooms are small but good and clean. They do allow visitors in room, provided they don't suspect any foul play. Location is quite good just opposite Forum Mall, also there are various options of food to try nearby. Staff are very cordial, can speak English, kannada and Hindi as well, but at the same time, I thought, very lazy. It took 30 mins to bring a bottle of water. They charge for water bottles. Cleanliness is an issue. They replaced my bedsheet with someone else's instead of putting a new one. Toiletries were changed on alternate days. The chair in the room was broken.

Terrible staff. Charged us extra ₹800 for a small blood stain on the sheets. Why? Because they had to launder it for that much. When I said I will pay if you show me the bill, they said no no, you can pay ₹500- "We can't show you the bill". When I refused to pay that much for a small easily bleach-able dot, they brought the price down to ₹300 - while also threatening to call police on us because we refused to pay without seeing proper documentation of what exactly we were paying for :)) As if all of that wasn't enough, the lady there refused to let us check out if we didn't pay. Please do not stay here, it's an awful experience.

Average cleanliness. Staff were friendly. Most of the lights n switchs were working... We had a nice balcony, so thats a plus. We were charged 1.5k for 2 people....70% worth d pay
