Hotel Om Shakthi Paradise

Probably the worst hotel experience of my life. They called the room phone at 6.30am to tell me to vacate the room in an hour or pay for a full extra day.|I had arrived early the day before, I thought it was kind of them to allow me early check in but I didn't expect this and would have been happy to leave my luggage with them and roam around blr for a few hours if they had told me they would be charging a full day rate for the few hours. They didn't inform me until 6.30am when they phoned my room and woke me up. If they had informed me the day before that they would be booting me out at 7.30am then I would have made alternative plans for the morning and got to bed early. But they didn't inform me until very early in the morning. |When I arrived they said all of the basic rooms were full so I had to pay for a duluxe room. The room didn't seem duluxe at all. It was very simple. There was no ac. They didn't even have a top sheet on the bed, the pictures are very misleading because they use a bottom sheet with a thick sewn line across it to mislead customers into believing there is 2 sheets. This isn't very comfortable to sleep on. The fleece blanket they give you to sleep under is very rough on the skin, and does not smell clean. It makes one very concerned about skin diseases etc. It was one of the most expensive hotels in the area, while reception looks nice, the rooms are very basic. They also only provide 1 small towel, which just isn't enough for women with long hair. They should be providing at least 1 body towel, 1 hair towel and 1 hand towel.|But my biggest problem is that I felt harassed and bluntly scammed with this call at 6.30am. They waited for me to feel vulnerable at an early hour of the morning when I didn't have time to make alternative arrangements to inform me of extra (double!) charges. I honestly couldn't have even imagined in my nightmares a situation where a hotel would call the room phone at 6.30am demanding more money out of the blue of threatening to throw me out on the street. Especially as a single woman traveller. This is not a safe place for wen to stay, please find somewhere safer. Not even leaving me time to make plans. They are lucky I didn't call the police on them for extortion. I should have but was so stressed in the moment I just needed to get out of that situation. I have stayed at 100s of hotels in my life and never had an experience like this.

He is a number one fraud. very rude behaviour. He quotes a higher rate than the rate list. First he asks us to wait for 1 hour because of room cleaning. After that he charges Rs 950 for a room worth Rs 550. If you say that the rate list displayed outside is less than the rate mentioned then he will behave rudely. He is a number one fraud.

They did not change the previous sheets and pillow covers and I saw two cockroaches and when they changed the bedsheet they gave wet bedsheets

please don’t go here. worst experience in my life. rude behaviour. don’t know how to behave with customer. i vacated at 11 pm because of the receptionist behaviour. i told him that i want to go outside for food and come. He told me that if you go outside we will close the door. Actually if there is rule like that they should inform before taking the room. He used bad words while talking. please try to avoid taking this room if u want good service and peace.

Pathetic service, very rude staff, very dirt blankets, when we asked for sheets they denied to give it after requesting them multiple times they agreed to give, WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Convenient Location with close proximity to Railway Station, Bus Stand and Metro Station. Stayed there multiple times. Rooms are clean. The rates are reasonable. Service could be better. The tone of the receptionists and owners were found to be rash and unfriendly.
