I came across this place during my travels and decided to check it out. I’m so glad I did! The food is absolutely fantastic!! flavourful and well-prepared. I did have a small issue at check-in, but it was resolved incredibly quickly, which really impressed me. A special shoutout to Chef Jetin, his mastery with spices is truly magical. Keep up the great work and keep rocking!

I came to this hotel and got to know it through Agoda. This happened to be me and my family's biggest mistake. When we went to check in, the staff said that there were no rooms available for us, despite us getting a huge confirmation on the site. We still managed to get one room which was smelling damp, and wasn't enough for 3 adults and 1 child. To top off all the reception dilemma, I noticed a joint family also came and were able to get the rooms smoothly. The rooms washroom is another piece of work. The toilet had something that looked like a dead insect that grossed us all out. The taps for taking a shower seemed like they were for strongmen because of how tight they were. Getting hot water meant wasting 2 buckets of water. Basic things like a kettle, bucket mug were needed to be asked which doesn't need to be asked in this era . The hotel premises in my opinion needs an entire reconstruction for its facilities as well as the team needs to make sure that the companies they associate for booking have a solid connection and communication from the site of booking, from the guests side to reception.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the town. Rooms are well maintained. Restaurant served good tasty food, too. Reserve well in advance. The staff Ganga at the reception is quite friendly and courteous. Housekeeping staff were quick to respond,

Good rooms but not so good service for the price. Rooms are clean. We got rooms in 2nd floor. Service is really bad. There were mosquitos in the room. They did not provide a mosquito coil inspite of requesting multiple times. Hot water was not available in evening. In morning, it was available after wasting 2 buckets of water. Property is still under construction, there was loud noise of lift installation. Lot of construction materials in Parking area. The area to enter and exit is small and may be difficult for bigger cars. Food is not yet available, there is Guru Kotureshwara Benne dose near by.

Hotel rooms were clean and neat. Good place to stay with family. Food taste is okay. The ambience is great. Parking facility is available. Good service.

Rooms were good, but small and windows. We stayed at 3rd floor 215, the noise level in the corridor is high due to echo. No restaurant attached to this hotel . Car parking is good, in walking distance one will find quick service restaurants.

Very nice place. Have stayed here multiple times. Service is good. The front office has nice people. The service boys are good. Bhuvan especially is very warm and responsive.
