Hotel Blue Spring

I stayed for a week in family room at first floor and totally satisfied with the room, cleanliness' and staff support. Particularly for BMSIT location it is the best possible hotel. Mr. Chandru, Raju & service staff Ramesh is very cordial & supportive. Restaurant Vishnu park just adjacent adds big value.

They charged rs extra the day of leaving.... Also the cleaner was asking for tips ... And they were asking for cash the extra amount that they charged later ... We told we will do card or GPay but they were not accepting.

Washroom is filthy, water marks all over the place, doesn't give good sense of cleanliness. Bedsheets seems used a lot... The lock of my room was faulty .

The concierge asked for the full amount to be payed in cash. Considering we were college students, that was difficult as we use gpay for most transactions and that too when the amount was 80k!The services were very bad. The concierge tried to put the blame of tarnished paint on us when we never did it. Hot water was not available properly. He made us pay by saying we broke w glass when we never did. This is unacceptable. I want to rate it 0/5 but the 1/5 was for the bed.

Booked for friends, the place was manned by some boys who were unable to help and worse, even communicate. Turned out that no service of any kind, not even bed coffee, First day no hot water too and there was a restriction that a visitor can be there only for 10 minutes. Things improved after we called the "remote manager" and complained.

Very poor maintenance, run by an arrogant college student who tries to swindle money from every single opportunity. Putting blame for pre existing damage of walls on without a single proof,making a scene. He even started shouting "This is my hotel, who do you think you are". Run a business, not a scam.

Rooms are refurbished ones and ok. Hot water is supplied to the rooms .. had some issues. Cleanliness is good. Lift available. Worth for budget stays.

Worst hotel I ever check in. There was no soap available at hotel. Staffs are rude and localities. I would not recommend this hotel even for my enemies.
