When we approached for home stay booking they act like very professional and booking amount also high. Due to floods we had to cancel our trip. In order to know the refund status of our money it took ages and we had to follow up everyday. Not only the owner's tone but his behaviour also completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally not at all recommended for a pleasant and happy Trip.

"NOT RECOMMENDED" I use to travel a lot and this was my worst experience. We booked this place nearly 15 days before travelling date and due to flood in North karnataka roads were closed. So we had to cancel our plans. The guy who claims,himself to be the partial owner of stay,took 1 month to refund our money back with deduction and reason given was,he had to "CANCEL OTHER BOOKINGS, WHO CAN REACH THE STAY DURING FLOOD AND ALSO EVEN IF THE ROADS ARE CLOSED" More over he does not know how to talk. He was not even bothered to pick our calls or reply to our messages. Even if once in an era he does he will speak like we are his slaves.

The rooms were average but neat. The blanket was washed and clean. One can't ask for a premium experience with minium budget. For the budget, this place is very good. The owner was very helpful and cooperative. Good place to stay for 1-2 days.

Worst hotel ever.The people don't know how to behave.We booked the hotel but need to cancel because the roads were blocked due to flood. I don't know what they understood but it took them more than 1 month to return the money back that too after so many follow ups and that too by deducting a huge amount. And when I asked them the reason they replied in a very bad way. I even told them due to natural calamities the plan got cancelled and there is no other way we can reach so please deduct a small amount but they didn't even consider this and replied me in a bad way that they will deduct that much amount.

Bad experience : owner lacks professionalism. Just for money, he can ill treat anybody. We had our booking done 15 days before but had to cancel it because of heavy flood situation in North Karnataka. We asked for cancellation and refund of the amount paid, which he took months to return with a SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT DEDUCTION. On top of that, he behaved rudely when we were following up for money.

Worst accommodation ever. This is the worst stay in Kudle beach we had taken 2 rooms, they had big spiders and insects inside. The rooms do not have wall they have simply used a iron sheets to build this stay just for business purpose in kudle beach . They didn’t provide hot water for bath and rooms were not cleaned bathrooms was not clean . The only one room in the 2nd floor has beach view they said it costs 15k per night . Worthless and hopeless place. Kudle has many good stays on the beachside this was the worst.

Rip off alert!!! Do the bookings at your own risk. We had to cancel our trip because of flood and instead of notifying well in advance they did not refund the amount. Sheer lack of professionalism. Think twice before you book.

booked this place for two days, and could spend only half an hour with difficulty. had to vacate the place immediately because of the sand filled floor, one could see the fungal patches all over the beds . and the place doesn't look as in the pictures shown .its more like a bunker made of sheets for underground mafia
