Tipi guest house

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days and the room is pretty decent for the price and the staff were really friendly and professional. I highly recommend people to choose this place without a doubt. Not a single problem encountered during entire stay. Love to visit again.

I loved staying here for 10 days! The hut has your own bathroom - shower and toilet. There is also a fan to keep you cool. I will be coming back for sure. Lakshmi is a sweetheart.

I dont understand the other reviews. It's definitely not a scam. The huts and the accommodation are shown in the pictures. I stayed there for almost 2 months and felt very welcome. The Hut was nice and clean. The owner was always by my side if I needed any help. It's not on the beach and you dont have seaview but therefore it's quiet and calm. You can get the local experience while living together with them. Everything was very uncomplicated. They were not taking any money from me in advance. The Hut has a small private balcony, where you can chill in a hammock and enjoy the view. She planted a few trees and flowers to make the "garden area" beautiful. The Hut itself is cozy and basic but has everything you need (mosquito net, fan, shower, and toilet) for an affordable price. The way to the beach with all restaurants is only 3 min by walk. I would definitely come again. If you want more anamaties you can go for the bigger room. It has a kitchen with an ensuit bathroom. I would definitely again!!!

A review from a french girl travelling alone. Lovely authentic & quiet place. Very safe. Adorable people. Lakshmi, your host, is the most helpfull and lovely person. More quiet than the other places on the beach. Surrounded by nature. I've seen many other places around, and can only recommend you this place. I can't wait to go back there.

My daughter and I stayed here for 10days we originally booked for 6 nights but it was so amazing that we stayed for as long as we could. The whole place was beautiful and clean, the food cooked by Yorgo was delicious . I absolutely loved the yoga, Atalya is an excellent teacher and they are lovely friendly people who made us feel very welcome. Thank you both for such a lovely time in your beautiful space. I shall definitely be back. My daughter has developed a real love of yoga. I also saw some amazing wild life and Atalya has great bird knowledge. The hardest part was leaving.

We stayed in the tipi and also the house. Both had great views, felt really private and secluded. Birds of paradise and other animals surround the property. A couple of steps to cafes and the beautiful beach. It was really clean and Yorgo and Atalya were really great hosts. The yoga was great and catered to everyone’s needs. Whether you go for a yoga retreat or just for a beach holiday, it’s a great experience. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing place in a village setting within 2min walking distance from bustling Kudle beach. The room had kitchenette and veranda. Good data network, so work was fine. Got grocery from Gokarna town, and voila, kitchen started! They gave utensils and gas stove. It ix very safe to stay even as a solo traveller, unlike other places on the beach. And sea sound can be heard in the room. Early morning rooster alarm is uncalled for, yet sets the tone of simple village life. They also have huts and other rooms with kitchenettes. Overall good place to stay,even for long term

I was looking for accommodation on Kudle beach. Therefore I read some reviews of guesthouses, including Tipis Guesthouse. The big differences within the reviews for this small guesthouse surprised me. So I decided to visit the place to form an opinion on my own. The guesthouse is in the forest, well covered from the sun with a wonderful huge tree. The furnishings are basic, finally the rooms are clean and the website-pics show exactly what is offered. Laxmi (the owner) is very friendly and can communicates with international guests in a clear English. Summarising all this: I can highly recommend this peaceful place for tourists who are looking for a quiet, shanti place, away from the vivid beach life.
