Avani Beach Stay

This hotel is right on the beach so you can just go and take a walk on the beach anytime. It is 5 minutes away from a hill. The hill is easy to climb and the view from the top is beautiful. It is also one of the sunset point. The service was good and the rooms were clean. However, when it rained, the roof of the bathroom started leaking and the staff did not arrange another room even though many rooms were available. Apart from that, good experience.

Place is really good. Beach view rooms are really good. Rooms are clean but outside the room there must be a little more development needed :) no proper roads to the room which could be improved a bit. Center to the city. Location wise it is at a proper location. There is a attached veg restaurant which is again having the beach view.

The room has an amazing view. Beach is just in front and is one 1 min walk, so location wise it's 100 on 100. Staff is very supportive and quick. Food is also good. Market is on walking distance so spice n cloth shopping becomes very easy. Overall an amazing stay.

The best part of this property is that it's walkable from the main beach. The view from the rooms are great. However, i was not really happy with thier pricing. Considering we paid almost 5K for a room, I would expect better hygiene. The bedsheets and the bathrooms weren't in the best shape. I hope they improve

The only good thing about this property is the location. The resort is located overlooking the main beach, gokarna. The service and the rooms are not up to the mark. We were made to change rooms twice; once because AC was not working and second time because the heater was not working. The staff was least bothered to respond to our issues in timely manner We didn't eat at the resort, so cannot comment on the food quality.

Let me start with the best. The food here is the besstt! Order any random dish and you will not regret it because every dish they prepare is very tasty and its served as in 5star restaurant. This cafeteria is not less than a 5 star restaurant. Secondly the people there, every person/staff is so polite and helpful. Having people who try to make our trip better is what is required for travellers. They are available anytime for anything. I had an awesome experience in this stay. And this is just opposite to the beach! You come out of your room and you get to see the water n it is very peaceful. Highly recommended. Great experience! 🤘

If you are looking for a place just by the beach then this location is perfect. You literally wake up to the sound of waves and view of the sea and beach. We visited in the off season so the rooms were not that well maintained. The bathroom had a leakage problem from the ceiling. There was a problem getting hot water as well.

Only beach stay where you can drive your car to the hotel. TRAVEL TIP- call them for booking cause if you book online you will need to pay tax. Rooms are well equipped with kettle and coffee maker. All rooms seems to have ocean view which is the best. The vegetarian cafe cooks great food and very hygienic.
