This place is around some long years and it has its own story.. the rooms are neat and ample space inside the room and the room service is a add on option for us as it has attached restuarant and bar for the people who drinks ... The hot water 24/7 is an advantage and the money you pay is worth...

Its a decent place for a small function/ceremony. Lift wasn't working when we went. And since the function hall is in 3rd floor, it is difficult for aged people to take stairs. Food was decent as well. We went in the peak of summer in April and some of the fans weren't working as well. That gave us a hard time to sit there.

Though the hotel is old they have renovated it in a good way by adding all new stuff. It’s located in the middle of the city. Service is decent. Parking is available. Suitable for family and kids.

Please don’t fall for the google pictures posted . The rooms are very unhygienic I don’t think so they change bed spread ,pillow covers and blanket once it is used as they have yellow and dirty stains all over .Cockroaches are there . The blankets have holes which are bitten by rats .

The rooms weren't maintained properly and the floors were dirty, the color of the bedsheets had changed and it was torn as well It was a very good hotel before but now it isn't maintained properly the staff need to look into this and maintain all the rooms properly. The staff are very good and super friendly and help u and provide good service as well. They also have a bar and restaurant attached and also a restaurant on the other side for morning breakfast as well. Overall located in a good location but sincerely request you to maintain the rooms.

Very worst response towards the cilent they doesn't stick to thier words ! And the fan was problem if we asked they asked us to vacate the room at midnight what kind of hotel is this ! I am traveller and I am with my sister they asked us to vacate room at midnight they doesn't have any responsibility I am very upset about this matter i recommend if girls are choosing this room don't choose these hotel

Management is very poor manager behaviour towards ladies is very bad he took amount for booking and later he says he can't give room and he can't return back us the amount I have registered complaint towards this hotel please don't hav stay in this hotel i regret for choosing this property no humanity to the owner he is poor in understanding his clients

Very unprofessional handling.. Had problem in checking in. The id provided by oyo they could not find.. They didnt have card reader nor paytm. We were told by reception that there is complimentary breakfast.. After asking multiple times we got fed up and left for good. Rooms were. Ok would rate 3 for just rooms. Come here only if u get highly discounted offer
