There is no service t all. Absolutely none. It's better to live in the streets. The bed was stained with many fluids (whatever the heck it may be...yikes). Please choose a better place.

The rooms were good quality. The toilet and the whole space were clean and every essentials were there in the rooms. Enough ventilation is provided. The toilets have good exhaust air systems so it feels fresh. These are the positives i felt. The negatives are that the cloth kn the bed wat dirty as hell. It felt like it was never cleaned. So better use your own. The taps were sometimes leaking. The noise of the leaking water was disturbing all night. The rooms are not nouse sealed. So you can hear everything from the corridor.

I stayed here because of some issue with my car during a trip to Sakleshpur. Mahindra showroom was near from the hotel that’s why chosen this hotel. I made mistake by choosing this hotel . Actually Hotel Rama is also near to the showroom (on same road) but it was 200₹ expensive than this hotel. I was trying to make payment using UPI and that payment got stuck due to technical issue. So receptionist asked us to pay it in cash. So I withdrawn some cash from ATM which is in same hotel and made payment. So he assured me that if that payment get successful he will refund me the amount. Now it’s been 1 month i’m chasing this guy and he is not ready to give my money back. So I tried to save 200₹ and landed up losing 1600₹ more. I regret my decision to choose this hotel.

Manager was very rude. Did not help with anything. Hot water available only after waiting for 1hr in the morning. TV, AC not working. One of our rooms was stinking with cigarette smell. Not recommended, especially for family.

I came here as a part of your program. Only for getting fresh and having food. So can't say much about stay and service. But one thing most notable was a very nice breakfast.

Worst rooms and service. No staff. Restaurant is closed. No maintenance. Not worth. Wish I could book elsewhere.
