We took the 2 bed room service apartment. It accommodate our 4 member family very comfortably. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The place is in the middle of town everything is accessible like hotels medical stores and Karwar beach etc..

Booked a 2bhk for the family. First room AC didnt work and second room had water seepage issues through the bedroom windows. The floor was full of water seeped through due to rains. The building is definitely getting older but no repairs happening. Sorry to say but it is a bad stay!!!

Stayed here for one night, very clean and hygienic rooms for 2k. Lot of options for food and shopping nearby as this place is located in market.

Affordable prices and very good location makes it a nice stay option. The rooms need better cleaning. Parking is very narrow and not easy to park.

Countless cockroaches. Parking can be troublesome. Too much of food preparation noise from adjacent restaurant kitchen. Hence, it is difficult to sleep before 11 pm.
