All the staff including the receptionist were very humble and polite. The room was very neat and clean. I am very much satisfied with the stay and behaviour of all the staff. However there are some things which can be improved like I don't know why they are keeping the twin bed on the double bed palang. if you travel with a toddler then It will be difficult to sleep.

Dont know about the stay. But never try their Biryani at ZAIKA Totally useless! Worst chicken Biryani i ever had. Boiled chicken wrapped in gravy and marinated in basmati rice, THEY CALLED THIS BIRYANI 😅. Chicken not even salty. Kabab, marinated in fish masala and cooked in the same oil of fish. Their previous 'Biryani by kilo' was good, so went there. All chef's changed. If you are planning to have a good LUNCH, avoid this place please. Thanks

I recently stayed at West End hotel, and my experience was overall very positive. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was welcoming and efficient throughout my stay.The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the TV worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.For the price, I found this hotel to be a great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to others and would gladly stay here again.

It Was Not Good But Not Bad. The Good:- 1. The Rooms Look Nice. 2. There Was A Small Balcony. 3. The Room Has Like At least 2 To 6 Rooms Together At Max But It Had A Elliptical. The Bad:- 1. There Was A Table Next To The Bed Which Is Of No Use. 2. The Room Was Small. 3. The Food Except The Ice Cream Was Not Good.

We stayed in west end while we visited to Karwar for a day.We really liked their ambiance,service,way of communication, hospitality,cleanliness and food.Felt safe and secured as well. They were even kind enough to courier our left parcel in hurry. It's in the centre of the city premises.V.easily accessible too.Parking is available.

Good option if staying in Karwar or on the way to Gokarna. Very near to beach and almost highway touch. Good hospitality by everyone. Rooms were good. Breakfast buffet was good and tasty which included idli vada sambhar, breads, tea coffee, bread ommlete, uppeet. Everything was good and comfortable. Thank you West end stays

We are in this hotel in Diwali period. They kept our room well maintained. They had already stared A C and kept room comfortable. everything was in place neatly arranged. They immediately provide tea though we arrived at odd hours. Their breakfast is normal but attendant is nice person. Room has clean balcony equipped with chair. We enjoyed staying . When we are leaving hotel someone from staff talk roughly only one sentence which we are not expecting.

Very Well maintained. Good and friendly staff. Nice place to stay in Karwar. Walkable distance from beach and cost worthy place.
