Reception Staff - OK Price - non negotiable they provided extra towels and soap on request. A bit pricy, but ok. Clean sheets, but the pillow covers were not changed when we got the room. Car parking - same parking space as that of the restraunt below

Close to the national highway, a very old hotel with decent rooms with most economical tarrif. The hotel has two good restaurents, one with attached bar, other a pure veg. Both restaurents serve excellent food. Stayed in an air conditioned room with 1200 Rupees per day. The rooms and bathrooms require refurbishing, the hotel is a beautiful building.

This is a decent hotel if you are on a short trip to Karwar city. This is an old hotel with basic amenities which can be your home for night stay. They serves good food at reasonable rates. Nothing fascinating to write about but overall it is an average hotel in Karwar.

Nice hotel but little bit ventilation problem exist.. Hall of this hotel is ok for 100 to 150 people.. Rooms are very specious but little bit ac problem which was not working properly.. No common washroom or toilet rooms are available attached to hall..

Though the rooms are ok, for ₹2000/ discounted price the offerings are not competitive at all and when leading budget chains are offering free breakfast, tea/coffee arrangements in rooms, mineral water, newspapers etc., this place didn't offer any. In fact we had to ask them to provide some essentials like hand towel, dual blanket etc.
