Hotel Shoolin Grand

I was a bit skeptical before booking the room. But exceeded my expectations. Completely satisfied with the cleanliness, attentive and polite staff. Located in proximity to shopping areas, restaurants etc. Affordable compared to other 3 star hotels nearby. Although rooms are small, has all amenities in working condition.

Best location!! Very neat & clean rooms. Well maintained hotel. Had a comfortable stay with family. The main highlight is prime location. Everything is accessible easily.

Booked an executive room, which was quite compact & cosy. Furniture, equipments etc are well placed in a planned manner, so doesn't hamper movement across the room and a small balcony also. It's a non-smoking room, if one smokes the penalty is ₹ 1k, a little table top sign declares. Room service food is good and well priced but limited in variety. Reception level restaurant is labelled continental and closes by 10 PM. Hence we ordered dinner online and the hotel happily provided us cutlery etc. We had a comfortable overnight stay. Would like to stay here again in times to come.

I did some checks on the internet while booking this place for four nights and all I could find was great feedback and positive vibes. Keeping this in mind, I booked this place. From the start till I checked out, I was NOT disappointed one bit. The front office staff is welcoming and helpful. Clean and neat rooms, my request for an additional bed was considered too. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to all major markets in the city center. About 5 Kms from the bus stand makes it convenient. On premises parking was ample and Nicholas helped me many a times to do a valet. The place looks exactly as it is shown in picture. There is a restaurant in the same building that provides in room service with affordable prices. Nevertheless, this place is awesome! I will come back here for sure. Thank you Shoolin Grand!

The hotel was very close to the mall. Very easy to travel and explore places. The staff were kind and helpful. Also lot of local snacks were kept near reception which got me all Nostalgic.

#We have stayed multiple times in this hotel which was known as Grand Plaza. Now it's Hotel Shoolin Grand, renovated perfectly. #The rooms are small , nice and have all the amenities. #Bedsheets,Pillow covers,Quilt ,Towels are new, neat and clean. #The wash room is small but neat and clean. The staffs are friendly. #Located in a prime area which makes it easy to explore, you have malls and street shopping nearby.

The room and hotel exceeded expectations compared to others in the area. It was clean, though some essential toiletries like soap and lotion were missing - the only issue I encountered. The service was excellent, with staff being incredibly polite and always smiling. Their hospitality makes me eager to return. Looking forward to visiting again.

This was my second visit to this property. The Hotel has a new owner and hence the new name. The Hotel interiors and a new restaurant is good addition. Location of the hotel is very good . There is a suggestion. There should be atleast 2 Bottes of water for a couple and refills should not be chargeable. We were billed for an additional mineral water bottle (30/- only).
