Capital O 49120 Ak International Rooms

We faced quite a bad experience staying in this hotel. The rooms were not clean at all full of alive cockroaches and ants. Before handing over the room to us , room wasn't cleaned. We had to call the cleaner everytime for spraying repellent, change bedsheets and sweep the floor. Spoilt our peace of mind everytime we came back to the room after our travel. I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pictures given are misleading, which were taken during the property inauguration. Actuals are beyond the realm of imagination. The property is not being maintained well. Subsequently, it becomes a breeding ground for cockroaches. The rooms were crowded with cockroaches, followed by a dirty bathroom, dusty rooms and dirty walls. Half of the switches and lights were not functioning. In no way are the room charges justified. The name AK International implies that we don't expect an international standard, but only a decent standard that won't disrupt sleep. Regrettably, we delivered rooms that were of poor quality at a higher price. The actual owner of the property must urgently address these maintenance and cleanliness issues. Nevertheless, the staff's behavior is outstanding and helpful, which is the best thing in hotel. Bottomline: No nearby restaurants are available. Finally, stay at your own risk ⚠️.

An average budget hotel. Parking is available and staffs are very polite. Room is spacious but not looking very clean. Bed sheets and pillow covers turned dark due to prolonged use. Bath towel provided are very old and don't feel using it. No restaurant close by, so you have to search for your food otherwise they will deliver to your room. Overall it was an average experience.

I've reserved a room for me through online. But the room is entirely dusty so I request to clean it properly. They just sweep it with a normal broomstick, but the dust remain still there. Every corner of the room is untidy and stained. They didn't maintain it. AC went off during night and cooling isn't better for a nap👎. Not satisfied with the pillow and sheets they provided. Bathroom is stinky and the drainage system isn't working properly. The waste water doesn't drain and seems to like a small pond . The bed were totally stained and some portions were burned🤷. I've already paid the amount for 2 days so I can't cancel the accomodation (totally trapped). Never gonna stay there😏. The lift also not working properly. If I had a chance to rate this property without a star I'll do it.

We stayed in here for 1 night. Pros 1. Nice rooms 2. Cleaness is awesome 3. Amenities is super 4. Wifi speed is good Cons 1. They don't accept cards 2. Service is pathetic 3. Customers are mostly local couple I don't suggest this place for family n young couples

Location seem to be in a secluded area and fares by cab /auto are extremely high stating the reason of long U-Turn. Although breakfast was included in the package, I was told that they cannot provide complimentary breakfast as they don't have restaurant. Why do they even include it in first place! Bed sheets were not clean at all. However the amenities that they provide are good value for money. We just wanted to spend the evening here, so we somehow managed. Otherwise I would not choose it for staying more than a day. Nevertheless can consider this place only for short duration since it's budget friendly.

I had a nice pleasant stay at AK International. Worth the price. Room was disinfectant right in front of my eyes, so it was more convincing and comfortable to stay. Very friendly and cooperative staffs. I would suggest this property as a best option for a Transit stay.
