Hotel Sadanand

V visited for food. V r from Mumbai. Had ordered veg food. V ordered for North Indian sabji, roti, pasta followed by Schezwan fried rice. The taste was just OK. The pasta could have been much better (it was slightly more liquid rather than thick). The Chinese rice was good in taste but d way each piece shd b seperate, it was more of pressure cooked rice. But taste was OK, rotis were really good. Overall it was OK experience.

Hi, I visited this restaurant and found rates are exorbitant. Normal masala dose is Rs 95 where as Mysore masala dose is 110. I don't see any difference other than red chutney inside the dosa. Normal Mysore dosa costs 90 which is just a plain dosa with red chutney.

Very bad chicken curry. Price was really high but not worth it. No taste at all . Service very bad . Really rude behaviour by staff .

They are charging double amount when compared to other nearby restaurants. Food is not so tasty also. Very weird behaviour from the waiters. Once you go inside they will stare at you like they don't want you to go there.

Unhygienic place, worst customer care, high price, irresponsible management. Overall none of them care for the business or customer but want to charge double the price. These issues were highlighted from 4-5 years but nobody cares and no changes made. In short, the owner and staff is taking the curse from years.

Service is good. But the food is super expensive and totally not worth it. Just feels like a average restaurant charging 5 star rates!

property is located in the junction of crossing. hotel rooms are well renovated. having clean bathroom and AC and wifi. sadanand hotel has both veg and nonveg hotel as well as daily commodity superstore. veg restaurant food is great. food quality as well as servers. attached with sweet counter. Nonveg restaurant is full AC and in backside. it has bar attached in second floor. food quality in nonveg is not so great. it is super costly. pomfret fry is costing 800+.Anjal curry was 550+ whereas same plate costs 230 to 350 depending on non famous or super famous restaurant chains in Mangalore (in main city as well as in Suratkal). this hotel as very big parking space in the back side. lodging side attendants are helpful. power back up was there too. from these restaurants the food delivery seems possible though not tried. drinking water dispencery not seen anywhere. morning hot water was there in bathroom taps. toilet was clean too. other than nonveg restaurant it was a pleasant experience staying in Sadanand hotel. Newspaper was given everyday.
