A pretty decent hotel, with decent view and decent service. It is advisable to stay only if you are coming for work purpose and need only room for sleeping. Not advisable for families at all. It is in the crowded area and you won't like it. 1 less star for the location and another for poor service. No staff came to room for cleaning it during our for days stays. Neither we asked for it as we were too busy with work and also went to room for sleeping purpose.

Simple room, not very specious, but clean room, clean bathroom, clean toilet. Corridor, attendant counter of each floors, water cooler area was also clean. But it is in building having shops on ground, first and 2nd floor, so you will find lots of vehicles in front of hotel, lots of noise also. You can't check-in between midnight at 6am, same way, if you r staying here but return late from somewhere, u can't get in easily, as lift will be off, staircase gate will be closed. Rooms have clean bedsheets, bit no towel or soap etc. Room service is also bad, difficult to get a guy if I want them to fill my water jug. No intercom facility too. But the cost is very nominal compared to other cities hotels of same facility. Good for singles who are here for work. No problem for visitors entry.

Dirty & stinky rooms full of insects no hygiene anywhere , staff is soo rude , stayed in regal palace just because i had already payed the money without checking the room one of the worst lodge i had stayed & than I move to another lodge because staying here was not a good thing. There are many lodges in that area request to please check your room before you take admission

Even They don't clean properly, one of old gust use cigarette piece in the room totally upset don't go this place worst ever I sren.

Economical place just a place for singles to stay not good for families. Cleanliness not there. Room service is there but room boys are not attentive and lazy. Food provided is not good it's better to go out for food.

Good and neat room environment. Best suitable rooms for single person stay and also family rooms are there. Service was good.
