Hotel Sarah International

The rooms were not clean. There were used packets of shampoo and soap lying in the washroom. Mosquitos were there in the rooms. Washroom was also not clean. Seems like they have not cleaned the room after the last checkout and handed over the keys to us.

Rooms are okay not maintained well at all, even toilets are not great. Promised 24/7 hot water, which didn't happen. Cockroaches in the rooms. No proper amenities as well, bedsheet isnt washed, neither are the towels overall below average and not a good choice for the price

Horrible service, rooms are with cockroaches. Highly not recommend. Not worthy staying here…

This hotel is a nightmare the bathrooms are so pathetic I happen to pay 3500+ through online booking, The reception person almost showed me 4 to 5 rooms every room all of them had a bad maintenance definitely not worth for the money I had to exit immediately without staying and lost that amount.

Rooms are just ok ok...there is no intercom facility no restaurant...morning tea also not available...you have to order from swiggy everytime...just a ok ok hotel

Rooms are just Ok. AC's were not working in two rooms. Mr. Raghavendra Receptionist said hotel is fully booked and cannot accommodate in any other room. Finally he gave us a room where AC was working normal. In room dining is also not upto the mark. When asked for extra plates, In room dining person at 127 shouted on us that cutlery cannot be provided as they have to provide service in Havana resto and pub at 4th floor. Overall it was a pathetic stay. Not at all recommended.

The hotel is located at one of the best places in Manipal. All to-be places are easily accessible from here. It has clean rooms, good service and helpful staff. The prices can be a little steep in comparison to the other hotels in Manipal that provide better designed rooms at this cost. But, overall it's a good choice :)
