Southgate Villa Hotel near Bangalore International Airport

I had stayed at this place this month. Pathetic service. I had opted for on the spot payment. The receptionist claimed I’ve to pay an extra 1000 rupees as tax. Despite giving enough clarification that I’d already booked in advance via booking.com, the lady was persistent. After the payment was done, I had to ask them more than 5 times for clarification and then she accepted that it was a mistake. I demanded the money back and she kept saying excuses. My father had to wait at the reception for more than 30 min to get the money back right before leaving. The room was bad too, it was terribly hot and the AC wasn’t working. Had to request again for a room change. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We ended up staying here accidentally. Near to airport. We missed the flight and had to stay here. But the experience was good.Rooms are very neatly maintained. These are Villas converted to hotel. 3 floors. Ground floor no rooms only living area can be used by any occupant of the villa. 1st floor 2 rooms are there with double bed each. 2nd floor has one family room with triple occupancy 1 double bed and one single bed with a huge terrace.

Very close to the airport, cab parkin is nearby for pickup and drop facility. Staff is very supportive and helpful. There were insects on the ground floor.

I booked for family room for 3 adults accommodation. They ended up giving small room with double cot. Then after talking to him, he change to family room, which he asked some time for cleaning..we had to wait for more than 10 mins..and the pathway to top floor too narrow...not happy with the cleanliness, also with the toilet wares...

this by far the the best I stayed on my 16 days in India. Love the clean and big room, I love the foods and location is close to the airport. highly recommended

Booked months in advance and paid in advance. But unable to check in as there is no room available on the day of booking.... Be very careful with these guys
