Facilities are below average, and the staff's approach is unprofessional and intimidating. The air conditioning is controlled by the reception, leaving guests with no control over room temperature. I had worst stay experience here. No proper ventilation in the room and no sanitary and toiletries with zero hospitality by the staff. I really expect a better service at Mysore which is a beautiful city to explore

Seemed nice it was a pit stop bookedbfor 2 days bathroom were not clean basin was choked a.c when started was smelling.... Good part when I asked for refund as I checked out one day before .... They were cooperative

We had booked an double AC room. But the AC didn't not work the entire time of the stay. Yet the hotel front desk manager has charged for an AC room. Mr Darshan had the audacity to infact say , that the issue if was informed wound have been definitely fixed so it was the customer's fault. The hotel does not provide any basic amenities despite charging for room. When asked for a dental kit , they said they are a 2 star hotel and they have no facilities as such. No person constantly present at the front desk as well. Hotels beside this place are far better.

Good rooms for stay. It's near to railway station. Neat and clean. But charges for rooms is high for this stay. Apart from that it's good
