Worst stay I've every stayed in! I chose this stay based on the high rating but turns out whatever they have mentioned in the review was a lie. The rooms were compact, bathroom was not cleaned properly, bed was bumpy and uncomfortable. They did not have keep water bottles and towels in the rooms. Total waste of money!

Totally worst hotel I ever seen. Rehne ke layak hotel bilkul nahi hai. Fake reviews are placed on Google review. Be aware of hotel ADH amilia garden's and sister branch ADH amilia residency.

Location wise Banni mantap is very nice. About rooms, it was very good for the price we gave, very budget friendly

The guest house is not up to the mark The service is bad as the washroom flush was not working in proper condition No drinking water was available at the start for the guests I would not recommend you to have a stay here at Amilia Residency

Stay away from this property!!!!!! Worst location Worst Service (care taker of the property is useless) Worst room ( No clean bed sheet / toilet/ room) No Power supply

Hospitality is horrible. Please don't ever book in this place. It's better to stay on footpath. Nobody is there monitor or help. I had to checkout, and the place was locked to go out. No one picked the call. We literally had to find a way out by searching for key in reception.
