I visited with my family at the end of September after reading reviews on Google. The room was booked online directly in their site, and check-in went smoothly. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early, there were no issues—after a quick verification, the receptionist handed me the room key. The room was clean and neat, featuring centralized AC and a king-size bed. The bathroom was spotless, just as other reviewers had mentioned. I also tried the in-room dining service, and the menu prices were reasonable with no complaints. The only drawback was the limited covered parking, as most cars were parked in the open within the hotel compound. Despite that, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Located centrally and easily accessible. Good parking space. Rooms are good but need better housekeeping as toilets were not upto the mark. Hair dryer had dust accumulated on the wire. Else rooms are spacious. Towels were not clean upto standards. So overall they need to improve hygiene. breakfast options are good.

We had a smooth check in, experienced well kept rooms good amenities, nice restaurant with great ambience, prompt room service and house keeping service, Food was excellent. All your staff were courteous and professional. Overall we had a great stay in your hotel. Please try and see if you can increase parking area, have a gym, spa and a beauty parlour to make it more convenient and attractive to stay with you. THANK YOU!

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several significant issues: 1. Unsafe Lift The elevator was extremely unreliable. It frequently jerked and stopped unexpectedly while in use, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. This is a serious concern that needs immediate attention. 2. Poor Front Desk Service When it came time to check out, I attempted to call the front desk for assistance, but my calls went unanswered for over 15 minutes. Despite waiting patiently, no one called me back. As a result, I had to carry my luggage down on my own, which was quite inconvenient. 3. Hygiene Issues in Rooms We encountered cleanliness problems in both of our rooms (501 and 502) and found 2 cockroaches. The state of hygiene was unacceptable, and I brought this to the attention of the duty manager. Unfortunately, the response did not address our concerns adequately. Overall, my stay was disappointing due to these issues. I hope the management takes these matters seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

We had an excellent stay here for three nights from 18-20 Aug 2024. Staff were very helpful and our request were fulfilled immediately. Especially when my 2yo kid was not feeling well in the midnight, when I asked for help they quickly arranged a transport to a nearby hospital. I thank everyone of the staff and mgmt for being so kind. We opted for complimentary breakfast and that's an excellent start for the day I would say, tasty and variety food. Small issues like door key card corrupted couple of times. But that was resolved immediately.Thank you team for the wonderful experience. Keep going!

Excellent Hotel in the heart of Mysuru. The road in front of the hotel is very wide. This matters for long distance drivers. I am driving from Gujarat and stopped here Enroute to Kerala. The impeccable chek in and welcoming to us, we came for wedding it was a huge group. Ms.Ara supported a lot and helped to book the rooms and it was very comfortable stay and was very near to the Function hall. The hotels elegant design, combined it's with top-notch amenities.

Spacious clean neat rooms, very good Hospitality. Excellent food Good breakfast spread, special thanks to chef Mumtaj. Staffs are very helpfull and friendly. Front office staffs are very polite and helpful in nature. Best recommend hotel for mysore visit.
