OYO Btc Comforts

One of *the* worst hotels i have ever been to. The rooms are like tiny cubicles. The bathroom flush works according to its whim and desire. The water instead of flowing from the tap nozzle flows from god knows where. Language problem in this part of the country is a major issue but it can be addressed to by appointing efficient attendants with a basic knowledge of either of the two mostly spoken languages-english or hindi. Nothing of that sort. "2 mins ma'am" is the code language for the room service whereas it may actually pass into minutes or an hour. Very much irritated and dissatisfied with the service of the hotel. Would not recommend anyone to stay here even for a night.

Good value for money place to stay, just opposite to Jaganmohan Palace Art Gallery And Auditorium. Pretty basic, with the usual amenities promised by Oyo. However, very badly maintained. In fact, the washroom faucet was broken and only fixed partially after complaining multiple times throughout the day. No good places to eat within walking distance. Has a limited road side parking facility.

Single star is also waste, rooms cost is high but maintenance is very poor. Don't get fool by looking rooms pics in google. There will not provide hot water 24hrs, no proper electricity, no proper beds, no proper cleaning, they'll turn the AC but room will not become cool totally very worst maintenance. Visit mysore again but don't look for this hotel. Instead of paying here better look for the rooms in another hotels which are nearby.

The place is very close to Mysore palace. For the price the accomodation provided was very satisfactory. We had 5 people in a room. Putting an extra bed made it really hard to move around. But it was still a really nicely set up place with a clean toilet. The bed sheet provided with the extra bed had brown spots on it. All in all, in this price range it was a good place to stay. Please note: IN THIS PRICE RANGE. YOU MIGHT GETTER PLACES FOR A HIGHER PRICE.

We have booked and paid through OYO for today and after reaching here the receptionist told us they have cancelled the agreement with OYO before 7 months ago and they asked us to call customer care, we called 7 or 8 times to OYO customer care and each time they connected to some other officials they just gave word of getting booked to another hotel. Wasting my phone balance for an hour they were not able to find a room and finally after one hour of humiliation i felt to cancel and asked them to refund. They were happy to cheat me and they cancelled and told i will be refunded within 14 days. Was really frustrating. Both OYO and this hotel people are cheating the common people. This is India and here all this happens..

Such a fraud hotel,we booked a room through oyo and they told that they have cancelled agreement with oyo before 7 months, if so why are they putting there advertisement through oyo? Never go to this hotel, money minded people.. We got refunded by oyo but the refund journey was strenous, whole day was spoiled because of this hotel and oyo , we don't know who is actually responsible. Better not to go to this kind of fraud hotels. Language was also a problem , the receptionist only knows to say agreement cancelled how can one find solution if another person know only his native language? If you want to get cheated try this hotel for sure.

The most horrible facilities. The room was dirty. The intercom doesn't work. No proper ventilation. Noisy staff. Need to call the caretaker to have to ask for water. There was no glass to drink water too. I asked him for a glass and he pointed to a glass una corner of the room and ran away. The glass was stained. Someone had obviously used that before. Never stay at this place. It'll haunt you for the rest of your life.

Poor maintainence, bed linen and blankets were not so fresh. No staff at all, they don't provide soaps, shampoos. Towels were smelly. Inadequate supply of water.
