Advaitha Residency

I stayed at Advaitha Residency for two days, and my experience was excellent! The receptionist and all the staffs were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The watchman was also very attentive and polite, adding to the overall safe and welcoming environment. The bed was super comfy, and both the room and the bathroom were spotless. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, clean, and friendly stay.

Great service from all team members. Very polite, humble and great. Pricing very reasonable. Located in very near palace and market. Special thanks to the Manager and front desk. I'll definitely recommend to all friends to stay here. Thank you very much.

Very good and relaxing experience ❤️ The reception staff and the manager were very helpful and friendly. Food is good. The service is also quick. Seamless experience with the payment, check in and check out. The watchmen does help you with the parking very patiently

I'd your expectations are minimal: clean room with fresh linens, clean toilet and in the neighborhood of good veg restaurants, I will recommend this property. Manager Sharma will more than impress guests with his soft approach

Excellent Hospitality. Rooms are neat and clean ambience is good. They also have a tiny garden in front. Many thanks to Manager Mr.Sandeep and desk incharge Punith & Venu for being helpful and making my comfortable. The other staff were also good.Security person was kind enough to help us with our luggage and getting auto.I will visit again

We had an extremely unpleasant experience with the owner/receptionist at this hotel. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, intentionally refusing to allow us to check in. Despite providing a valid Aadhar card (with the masked format), he refused to accept it and demanded ID from every single person in our family, which felt entirely unreasonable. His attitude was hostile throughout, and when we contacted MakeMyTrip customer care for support, he responded rudely, dismissively saying things like 'do whatever you want.' We ultimately had to cancel our booking and find another hotel, which was a huge inconvenience. The entire situation felt discriminatory, possibly based on religion, skin color, or caste. The management here is absolutely the worst, and the owner/receptionist behavior was shocking and unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

I stayed in Advaitha residency for 2 days in October 2024 . Hotel is good , but rooms are extremely small . Feel like we are living in a nest . Staff was good , cooperative . Food in restaurant is not that great . If u.r ok with microscopic size rooms then go for it . Other things are ok
