They do not provide soap, paste and tooth brush... Bed sizes are too small can't sleep with baby...we walked in directly 1400 per room... Worst experience in my life

The reception boy blatantly refused room saying no availability though rooms were there jus bcoz it was 3 am and he was asleep and lazy to make up room. -29.10.24 -3 am

Recommend not to book this hotel due to below reason: 1) rooms are not maintained well 2) no provision of soap, passer and brush 3) the location is pathetic. 4) don’t think of booking the rooms with breakfast they give felt over food and very limited. 5) not recommended for family.

Rooms are good and spacious but beds are not proper in all the rooms, spring of bed is defected in many of their matress. We asked to change it after getting back pain after one night. But they were not ready to change at all. After so much requests and argument they replaced the matress with a good one. I think with the price they are charginh they should promptly serve these requests. They should replace old beds time to time.

The property is well located in proximity to tourist venues in Mysuru. We booked a Mahogany room and it very comfortably accommodated 2 families. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was ready to help us both at early and late hours of the day.
