Rooms are quiet spacious, but service is very poor & careless, bed sheets, bed spreads, Pillow covers are not changed, we found long hairs over pillow & over bedsheet. difficult to get Hot water in the morning, if the rooms are full. Evening there was no hot water to freshup though management displayed that hot water is available in the evening also.

My stay was quite disappointing. The room had very small screens, and being visible from outside made it uncomfortable to change. The entrance was under renovation, which made accessing the facility difficult, and I nearly fell into exposed sewage. On top of that, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and basic amenities like towels, soap, and water bottles were missing, despite being advertised. There was no kettle, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations set by the listing.

I staying here from this morning 19 dec 24 to 20 dec 24. In an online and reception they mentioned all amenities like TV, Wifi, free breakfast and more but TV is not reacharge by them I told them several times today they are asking me - how long are you going to stay here? So what does it mean .. then complementing breakfast is not good and it is available late morning.

Do Not Stay Here – Absolute Nightmare! This hotel is a disaster on every level. Here’s why you should avoid it: 1. Horrible Check-In Experience: Booking through MyTravaly leads to horrible check-in, with delays and mismanagement right from the start. 2. False Advertising: The rooms you see online are a complete lie. What you’ll actually get are filthy, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures. 3. Serious privacy Risk: The bathroom in my room had a door leading directly to the terrace with a broken lock. This means anyone from the terrace could enter your bathroom—a massive safety concern. 4. Rats around Room: Yes, rats! Not only were they around the room but also in the ceiling, making so much noise that I had to almost think to leave in the middle of the night with my child to find another place to stay. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and utterly mismanaged. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!

Stayed on Dec 2024 family trip to Mysore... Had a very pleasant, calm and super experience..... With the support of Mr Prasad Room ambience: 8/10 Breakfast : 6/10( very simple... Idly, dosa and Tea/coffee) Front desk: Accessible at anytime and the responded for my query all time... Note: After seeing some negative reviews, i am having a inconvenience feeling after booking.... But the stay is very peaceful.. Express checkin and check out People who prefer 4star and 5star please go for expensive hotel... People who prefer money worthy and location wise... 100% book Anurag inn.... I also adjusted some issues, but overall worthy to book . We stayed 4+1 child at Mahogany room

No Hot water,No Tv,No Service,No Lift, No parking,No one cares, for everything you have to remind them for hot water,Tv,Ac,wifi for everything you have to do their job as well they simply sit and see.Behaviour is careless let they do themself why we have to worry mind if you come with some plans definitely you plan ,mood ,peace will be spoiled for sure that spoiling your peace for sure is 5 rating. Think even if you don't get any room any where postpone it but don't prefer here.

Maintenance is ok but the bathrooms are miserable. Even the basic necessities are not proper in the bathroom. Also breakfast is very poor.
