I would give 0 stars for their service if possible. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced. The front office staff are extremely rude. Even if you book a room at a certain price, during check-in they demand more money. Such unprofessional and unethical behavior. Please avoid booking rooms at this hotel

The hotel was booked and was to check-in on Saturday. We reached the hotel and the person at the counter asked us to wait for more than 40 minutes. Then they said that the hotel has been over booked and we cant accommodate you please try searching somewhere else. The staff deliberately asked us to cancel our booking. Luckily I was never charged the cancellation fee. But do bot book this hotel. Instead try booking service apartments they are good and budget friendly.

There were blood stains on the blanket, and when we requested a change, they refused. Limited parking—we had to park outside the hotel. They gave only one towel for three people, and that too after repeated follow-ups. Eventually, they stopped answering our calls. No door mat, no hot water, and the AC remote didn’t work. No toiletries were provided initially; we had to ask multiple times. The room was not cleaned, and even after repeated requests, someone came just for formality. This hotel completely ruined our trip experience. I strongly advise not to stay here, even if it’s the only option available.

Cold showers, worn-out mattress, no toilet paper in the entire hotel, broken ventilator, bathroom that smells of urine and filthy bedding are just examples of why you should book somewhere else and why we left early. Yes, it comes at a budget price point, but it doesn’t justify the hotel’s condition. In the months travelled through India, it has hands down been the worst.

6 weeks in India, by far this was the worst place we stayed at! 1. no one speaks english 2. You can't pay by creditcard but they also don't have change. 3. The bedding was filthy and full of stains 4. The whole room had a weird smell, even what came out of the AC 5. Bathroom smelt like mold and the fan in there didn't work 5. The pillows were below anything! DISGUSTING!!!!! We didn't even try the included breakfast cause we were afraif of the kitchen hygiene

Rooms are not neat..all rooms are very old without any recent renovation..only attraction is that it's located at the centre of the city!
