Hotel Ajantha Palace

It’s worst service. Rooms are not clean, No hot water, unknown people come and do fights and make loud noise. There are many better options than this. It’s not good for family

It was the worst experience I got from a room, there was literally a rat in the room and they were not even responding to our request.

The room was in its worst condition Uncleaned bed and bedsheets Filled with bedbugs, don't be fooled with the outlooks and decorations. Toilets were dirtier than public washrooms... Not suitable for humans for sure... Please shut this hotel... The staffs were arrogant too.. Yuck 🤮

Room:- Room was not at good condition, it is very expensive in which they are providing room No room is starting at 799, starting they ask for more than 3000/- Service:- Service was worst, they talk in very rude nature, after we pay them they treat us very badly. Parking:- They don't allow to park vehicle in their parking. Workers:- They were very rude with us

Cleanliness = 0 There are many more comfortable and clean hotels in this price point. Bedsheets are so dirty that you can't even sleep. Rooms are full of hair and dirt as if it was never been cleaned. Bathrooms are even dirtier. The equipments are all damaged.

Location of the hotel is good, but prices is not as per what they have advertised in front of the building. Advertised as 799 rooms but when went for check-in they quoted more and rooms are also not so great. Can find better hotels at the same price.

Don't expect price as the show out side the mentioned 799 but they took 1600 for room in which AC is included the didn't gave AC remote when I asked for AC remote it costs extra 400 for access AC. Better choose another hotal.
