Hotel Royale Heritage

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. Starting with the hot water issue—it was barely available, making it extremely inconvenient. The rooms were far from what I expected: poorly maintained and definitely not worth the price charged. To add to the frustration, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and barely functional, which is unacceptable in this day and age. The elevator was out of order throughout my stay, causing significant inconvenience, especially when staying on higher floors. Overall, the service was lackluster, with unresponsive staff who seemed indifferent to guest concerns. For the facilities and service offered, this hotel is grossly overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—there are better options for the same or even a lower price.

"I had high expectations based on the hotel's appearance from the outside, but the reality was a complete letdown. The hot water was either unavailable or took ages to flow, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 3-star. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty walls, outdated furniture, and a general sense of neglect.To make matters worse, the lift was frequently out of order, causing significant inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Given the price charged, this hotel is far from worth the money. The overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

Rooms are good. Clean and well maintained. The staff guided us about the place nicely

We asked for a room for 4 people and they gave us the worst room. Room was full of mosquitoes and stinky smell fom bathroom (which have broken things). We are also given wet towels..even after complaining they dint give dry towels. We thank for giving room at end moment but didn't expect to stay in such a room.

It was an average experience for me...The entrance of the hotel was good looking which is finished with wooden nature. There is also lift provided with 4 person capacity . Room is providing average space with glass wall in one side providing a balcony experience facing to Road . Washroom are good with both hot and cold water. The waiters are good behaving and reception staff Mr Raju was too good. As we speaks them for the first payment time we ask for extra one bed for a room having 4 people they accepted..but when staff changed and we ask it for the needful time they deny it by asking extra payment...it was disappointing .we managed in one bed . Overall experience was okay.
