Everything is good. They provide special breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that include Jain food recommendations, which is perfect for Jain guests. The hygiene and cleanliness are very well maintained. The room rate I pay is around 6.5 per day. I felt this was a bit high for the off-season, but given the convenient location, it's acceptable. There is room for improvement in parking, the lift, and the room access card system.

This is not a 4 star hotel by any standards, it is 2 stars at best. The hotel is in rough shape, the rooms were not properly cleaned when we checked in, the bathroom was still dirty, the AC was not working well, the beds were OK at best, the blankets did not look fresh. We were there for an overnight stay to take a break from our travels but wow what a waste of money. Most importantly, the front desk staff need to learn customer service. I don't expect everyone to smile with all their teeth but this lady was literally acting as if she was doing us a favor by doing her job. Terrible attitude for someone working in customer care. Very rude behaviour right from the start. Many years ago Sandesh was a reputable name, but right now it is just horrible. Save yourself the trouble. Look elsewhere.

Stayed with family at the hotel 22-24 Oct 24. Excellent location, rooms, food and amenities. We were deeply touched by the warmth that the Hotel staff showed to us - our son was not well, and the way the hotel staff helped and guided us - that made the difference. I think that is the difference between an outstanding hotel and a normal one - the attitude of the staff. My heartfelt gratitude to Mr Somaiya and the entire hotel team - my best wishes to you.

Overall the experience is pretty good while living in this hotel. Access & facilities in gym are very well. Had a great experience with Yoga class at Gym since trainers for yoga as well as gym are very supportive.

Hotel is very nice nd family friendly. Everything managed well nd maximum facilities are available at hotel premises. Our only concern is they must allowed customer swimming costume for pool access. I think management not aware of this. In our view this hotel is best for all categories........Five Star 💥💥💥💥💥

The hotel is at the prime location .. The palace and the exhibition ground is at the 1 km radius . It’s walkable and autos are available too for easy transit . The rooms were decent but the sheets weren’t clean . It looked dirty and had stains . The washroom had 24 hr hot water which was good .. but the flush in my room was broken which was a con . The complimentary breakfast buffet had an amazing spread and included both English breakfast and South Indian breakfast. There was a live counter for dosas and omelette. The hotel room rates were a bit on the higher end but it’s at the prime location..

Fantastic stay. Well maintained rooms. The breakfast spread is amazing. You would complementary access to the swimming pool and gym when you book certain rooms. Courteous service at the restaurant and at the front office. Rooms can be pricier during Dussera

This hotel is definitely NOT worth the price. The bathrooms were very dirty and the door had many CRACKS. The room had smelled of cigarettes and when we asked the receptionist about odour they didn’t change our room instead they just sent somebody to room to spray some room spray. The wardrobe the dirtiest I’ve ever seen and it didn’t have a locker. The mini fridge had no snacks either. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER.
