I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at vrundvan , and I must say it was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Here are some of the reasons why I would strongly advise against staying here: Lack of Basic Amenities: When I checked into my room, I was shocked to find that there was no soap in the bathroom. Soap is a basic necessity that any hotel should provide, and the absence of it was truly disappointing. Poor Cleaning Standards: The cleanliness of the room was also subpar. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Dust and dirt were visible on various surfaces, and it made me question the hygiene standards of the hotel. Lack of Manners: The staff's behavior was far from courteous. They seemed disinterested and displayed a complete lack of manners. I didn't feel welcomed or valued as a guest during my entire stay. Maintenance Issues: The room I was initially given had several maintenance issues, including a broken faucet and a malfunctioning air conditioner. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. Unwarranted Suggestion to Shift: To make matters worse, when I complained about the condition of my room, instead of offering a solution, the hotel staff suggested that I shift to another hotel. This is unacceptable; a hotel should strive to resolve issues for its guests, not encourage them to leave. Advance Payment Pressure: The hotel demanded full payment in advance, which I found to be highly unusual and uncomfortable. It gave the impression that they were more interested in securing the money than providing a pleasant stay. Lack of Support: Throughout my stay, I felt unsupported and uncared for by the hotel staff. They did not take my concerns seriously, and it seemed like they were simply going through the motions without any genuine concern for their guests' comfort. In conclusion, my experience at vrundvan was nothing short of a nightmare. The absence of basic amenities, poor cleaning standards, rude staff, maintenance issues, and the suggestion to move to another hotel are all indicative of a poorly managed establishment. I strongly advise against staying here and recommend looking for alternative accommodations that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction.

I booked a room for my team there for a long period and paid in advance how much it required. He said that the bathrooms used to clean every day and he will provide a fan as there was no fan in a room, but after entering, he denied giving an adequate fan and asked us to clean the bathroom on our own. Therefore, we plan to vacate the room because of this. When I informed him about the eviction, he stopped answering us and stopped taking our calls. Once I picked him up near the room, he said ok I will give you the amount paid in advance as soon as you vacate. It's been a week, but I still haven't received my money back. Hundreds of calls I made, he didn't answer .. ten to twelve times I visited his room each time he cheated on me and the last time his uncle was there and he pretended like a king and talking, screaming like a goon, but still I didn't get my money. Beware of these people and don't get stuck in that hell.

Horrible stay,.very bad maintenance... Bathroom flush doesn't work.. .no clean place to accommodate soap in bathroom.. ..too worst (basic bare requirements like water, soap, towel have not been provided)..... It is far from the city....there is no bus service from near the hotel...not good for families..... Worst experience
