Super Collection O Rajkumar Road formerly Stone Villa

I stayed at this hotel for a day and I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The washrooms were extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. No water coming up in washroom basin to wash hands. Bucket and mug was so dirty that you don't feel like bathing. Even bedsheets was dirty even after requesting its like that only after wash. Additionally, there was no proper parking space available. I had to leave my car far from the hotel, which was really inconvenient and unsafe. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It definitely does not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness.

- Location was incorrect (even on Google) and it took 1 hour to search the hotel asking the locals. - No luggage assistance was provided even after requests. - Basic ammenities were also not provided for ex soap, towel, kettle, dish tv connection. - The bathroom door was broken and couldn't close + Direct checkin customers were offered better price than I paid online.
