Hotel Comforts

We had a nice and clean room and bath. The bed was also comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Deposit of our luggage was absolutely no problem. Nearby there is also a great restaurant. And free fast wifi. I would recommend it! :)

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, but in a quiet alley near to the famous Jagmohan Palace Art Gallery and Museum. There are lot of good restaurants nearby the place from where you can ask for room service. This place is very close to all the major transport options. The hotel premises are very clean and tidy. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable. 24 hours hot water supply was an added advantage. The Wi-Fi speed was really strong. The hospitality was really excellent! The reception and the room service staffs were so polite, friendly, and helpful. Laundry services are available for which you have to pay extra. Overall, the stay was so good that I didn't want to leave.

Comfortable and clean place to stay in Mysore. They provide toilet paper, which is rare in India, and the showers were hot (you need to let the water run for a while to let them heat up). We were able to store our bags after we checked out and when we came back they provided a place for us to change and use the bathroom. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms, but is great near reception.

A good and clean lodge. Very close, 5min walking distance, to Mysuru Palace and also with good eating facilities close by. Staff is very helpful. I stayed there during Dussehra and was glad I chose it. For the price I paid, it was a great stay. One can park behind the hotel or free parking on the parallel road. Safe locality and good place. Surely recommend. 👍

I booked a private room for couple of nights here. The stay was pretty comfortable. Main attractions of Mysore are easily accessible from the hostel. Above all, the staff was really friendly and brilliant. However, the bathrooms wasn’t the best.

In line with the experience of previous reviewers, this hotel did not honour the reservation I made. ||I booked three nights on Booking.com three months ago for December 23-26 2018 and arrived (as I had informed them) at 8:30pm to be told that Comforts Hostel had sold my room and had none available. The hotel was bustling with what looked like a wedding party, so I know where my room went. They were remarkably uninterested in helping; they even refused to allow me to log onto the hotel's wifi to contact Booking.com on the basis I was not a guest. ||After much protest from my side, they finally came up with an alternative two and half kilometers away … at the bus stand. Thanks but no thanks - I know what hotels near bus stands in India are like.||To be fair, finally one of the young men at reception helped to find an alternative at a hotel next door - where we had to pay twice the price. At 9:30pm after hour of traveling with a tired family, I had little option but to pay.||So I would AVOID this Comforts Hostel - it is simply not reliable. And I am not sure why Booking.com agrees to list it given the behaviour I experienced.

Very low cost and best place to stay in the centre of the city. This place is most opted by foreigners (I don't know why). But foreigners be a bit aware of the rates, fix the rate before you take a room. There are a few cases seen where the foreigners will be charged more than usual, which is absolutely unusual. The building is in the inner road, next to the Raj Mahal deluxe lodge.

Be careful booking online. We arrived and they hadn't held the room we reserved. After we had left to find another place to stay a staff member followed us to offer another room, which they didn't do in the time we were there but we had found another hotel by then.
