Hotel Lok Sagar

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lok Sagar and I must say, it was an experience worth writing about. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. Their warm hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the food. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options — from fresh fruits and local specialties. The on-site restaurant also exceeded expectations, serving flavorful dishes with high-quality ingredients. The staff was always attentive and more than happy to accommodate dietary preferences or special requests. Especially the staff Lakshmi and Mahendra What stood out the most, though, was the genuine warmth of the service. Whether it was the concierge offering local recommendations, the servers checking in with a smile, or housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable, the attention to detail was consistent and heartfelt. Overall, Lok Sagar delivered an exceptional experience. The combination of delicious cuisine and outstanding hospitality makes it a place I would gladly return to — and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

If you are planning a trip to Mysore, you can blindly choose to stay at Lok sagar hotel. Excellent location, excellent rooms, good AC, very hygienic and above everything very friendly & attentive staff. What more do you need? All the major attractions like the palace, art gallery, restaurants, markets and even a large lake is very close by. Overall a wonderful experience!

Stayed for a day. The staffs are very hospitable. The room we got had some issue with the air conditioning. It took more than 2 hours from them to finally understand that the ac was not working and finally they gave us another room. The rooms are small. They offer a free breakfast buffet from 8:15 am to 10 am. But by 9:30 almost everything got over. The hotel doesn't have a parking space. We have to park our vehicles on the road side. The hotel is very close to almost all prime locations.

Really impressed with the hospitality here! The rooms were clean and elegant, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless — probably one of the cleanest I’ve seen in budget hotels. Hot and cold water was available 24x7, and the service staff was professional and helpful throughout. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mysore!

We visited Mysore for a day and had a an overnight stay in The Hotel.The room was spacious comfortable and clean . They arranged an extra bed for us as we had a grown up kid with us..The booking experience has been hassle free as well. The breakfast, Snacks and food was tasty and in good quantities. Staff was very polite and helpful Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay at Lok Sagar during our mysore trip. Most of the tourist places are near the hotel. Hospitality of the staff is remarkable. Rooms are pretty good.They have a good restaurant also. The food served in the restaurant were delicious. Restaurant staffs were also very attentive and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay there.

Am from kerala. Actually am staying in lok sagar for the second time now. I came before 3 years. Last time what experience i get from this hotel, thats what am getting this time also. Over all the stay was awesome. The location, staff behaviour, cleanliness, food all are very good. Definitely i didnt change the stay when ever in mysore for the future also. Thank you for the stay. I had a really enjoyable stay here. The room was great - comfortable and just what I needed. The overall place had a good vibe, and I appreciated the atmosphere. I also had the chance to try the restaurant, and I was very pleased with the food and the service. Would definitely recommend!
